Artistic Creations

 Artistic Creations - 4th-12th grade

Join us as we create “masterpieces” of art together!  We will follow a video from a professional artist, primarily using the curriculum “Creating a Masterpiece.”  We will use pencils, charcoal, soft and hard pastels, paint, and a variety of media to learn and experiment with fun mediums.  This class is fun for all levels!

Tuesdays 12:00-1:00 PM; grades 4th-12th (included in Shine Cottage School)

Location – Central Castle Rock

Fall Session 2025: Sept 9, 16, 30, Oct 7, 21, 28, Nov 4, 11, 18, Dec 2

Cost: $200 per child for a 10 week session, in addition to $50 supply fee, due with registration by July 31, or save $50 for early bird registration if payment and registration are received by May 16!

Tutoring with a licensed teacher – One on one tutoring in math, reading, writing and most subjects grades K-12, including SAT/ACT prep.

Cost: $50/hour

 

Wordsmith Writing Classes

Level 1 and Advanced   

Is your student reluctant to write, or intimidated by the dreaded “blank page”? Or perhaps your child enjoys writing but you’re not sure how to help him/her grow further? Your student can learn to enjoy the writing process and gain incredible foundational writing skills through our writing classes! Our level 1 class is a workshop-style class using the Institute for Excellence in Writing, Structure and Style curriculum.  Our advanced class is for those who have already gone through the IEW workshop. This semester’s topic will be creative writing.   Homework will be required for the advanced class.

 

Location – Central Castle Rock

Cost: $200 per child for a 10 week session​
